Hanukkah: A Festival of Potato Latkes
It’s finally setting in that Hanukkah starts tomorrow night. Aside from being behind on my gift shopping, this year’s early arrival of the “festival of lights” has made for some procrastination in the kitchen.
A toss up with Sukkot, Hanukkah is probably a favorite of mine. Presents, celebrations, candle lighting, and the best part of all….POTATO LATKES!
