		<description>For what it's worth, dulce de leche is made from cooking down milk until it becomes a thick, sweet, creamy sauce. Nothing needs to be added to it, since everything cooks off except for the natural sugars. Some do add sugar to make the process faster. It can easily be made at home by boiling a can of sweetened condensed milk in a pot of water for 3-4 hours, making sure that the water level stays high enough to cover the can. Let cool for an hour or so, then enjoy! It has a slight cheesy smell, but the flavor is delectable and sweet.</description>
