Wow, this looks like one satisfying, cold deterring soup! I am going to have to try this…if it ever gets cold again here in Atlanta. Well, heck, who cares about the cold! I’ll make it anyway! :-) Thanks for sharing.

Wow sounds the soup sounds good, especially if taken when snowing! I totally understand because I was in Boston last December! *brrrrrhhh.

But in sunny Singapore, we take our soup in air-conditioned places, its too HOT! haha! :)

I’ve been going crazy for authentic ramen and pho (both of which I can - thank life - get easily here in orange county, CA) because I cannot get enough soup lately. of course, I don’t make them myself yet, and tend to do more chicken or chowder soups at home. this one looks amazingly good.
