Feeling Productive?

That may be because you’ve been eating one or more of the top 20 productive foods!

Lifehack.org compiled a list of the most motivating and energizing foods nature has to offer. And here they are:

So if you need a little boost in the workplace, I suggest drinking some spicy green tea or a fat-free strawberry yogurt smoothie in the morning while munching on some flaxseeds or sunflower seeds. At lunchtime, make yourself a Carrot, Avocado and Sprout Salad with some Tangy Olive Salsa

or a Broiled Fig Sandwich! And let’s not forget dessert with a choice between a Dark Chocolate Praline (using walnuts in addition to those pecans!) or Raspberry Almond Thumbprint Cookies.

Yes, if you put your mind to it, you can eat almost all of these ingredients in one day!

Now go forth and be productive!
