		<description>Love the answers, and will continue to check on them each time. Think it's time I started participating.    I have to say I can't do without cheese,  any kind of cheese. We use cheese items everyday, and for almost every meal.  Might not be diet smart, but we love our cheese.</description>

Interesting answers.
 I have to say I can't do without wine...for cooking but more importantly for sipping while cooking!!! and the other ingredients that are really important to me are sea salt,. freshly ground black pepper, extra virgin olive oil and of course butter.</description>

		<description>It wasn't necessarily my first thought, but since, upon reflection, I realized I have two open bottles in the fridge and a backup in the cabinet, I guess I would have to go with Louisiana Hot Sauce as my can't live without item. :-)</description>
